I am originally from Nicaragua, a Central American country rich in culture with benevolent people. When I first came to the United States, I was just 19 years old and beginning to experience life. The change was unexpected but after living in a repetitive cycle here in the U.S, I decided that I could not give up and that it was time to truly start fighting for my dreams.
In 2019, I challenged myself by walking the Way of St. James from Portugal to Spain in 2019. This spiritual and physical journey marked the beginning of my filmmaking career and fueled me to pursue my passion further to serve the Lord with the talents He’s given me.
It was when I returned from The Way that God gifted me my acceptance to continue my studies. I attended the University of Miami and graduated May 13th 2022 with a major in Motion Pictures and a minor in Business. My years at the University allowed me to expand my knowledge in my filmmaking and obtain experience in the documentary and narrative fields.

I was born and raised in Guatemala, at the age of 18 I moved to Miami where I currently live. From a very young age I was very interested in not only learning but also sharing and exploring different cultures and places.
Being in a crucial moment of my life, where I was with many doubts, bored with the routine and asking a lot about the purpose for which God created me, I heard for the first time about the Camino de Santiago.
With great fear I decide quit my job, potentially be able to return to the USA and decide to trust and make one of the best trips that God has invited me. I always say that I have a before and after doing the Camino. It was a journey that challenged me and taught me a lot not only physically but also spiritually and emotionally.
I started a path to deepen my faith, healing, self-knowledge, but it also opens a new path for me to explore the world and meet new people through travel. One of the best lessons I learned on El Camino is knowing that this path (also called life) grows, enjoys and becomes more bearable if it is shared with others!
